This Policy applies to your use ofYallaFansand all Content available onYallaFans.netand forms part of your agreement with us. This Policy sets out what is and is not permitted on YallaFans.

In this Policy, defined terms have the same meanings as in ourTerms of Use for All Users.

1. General Conduct

  1. Do not use YallaFans except for your own personal use. You must not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account or any Content obtained through YallaFans with anyone else.
  2. Use YallaFans only for lawful purposes and in ways that comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
  3. You must not use YallaFans in any manner that violates any payment network or card association standards.

2. Prohibited Content

  1. You must not upload, post, display, or publish any Content on YallaFans that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing, or which encourages or promotes violence or illegal activity.
  2. You must not use YallaFans in any way that exploits or harms, or attempts to exploit or harm, any individual under 18 years of age — including by exposing them to inappropriate or adult material.
  3. You must not upload, post, or display Content that:
    1. Shows, includes, or refers to any individual under 18 years old, or refers to minors in general.
    2. Includes any individual unless you hold written documentation confirming that each person shown or referred to is at least 18 years old and has provided written consent for the use of their name or image.
    3. Promotes or references any of the following:
      1. Firearms, weapons, or goods whose sale or possession is restricted.
      2. Drugs, narcotics, or drug paraphernalia.
      3. Self-harm or suicide.
      4. Incest, bestiality, or necrophilia.
      5. Violence, rape, non-consensual sexual acts, intoxication, sadomasochistic abuse, or genital mutilation.
      6. Urine, scatological, or excrement-related content.
      7. “Revenge porn” — any explicit material involving a person who has not given prior, express, and informed consent to its recording or distribution.
      8. Escort services, prostitution, or human trafficking.
    4. Contains unsolicited sexual material or language that objectifies another person in a non-consensual way, or includes fake or manipulated sexual content (including “deepfakes”).
    5. Contains hate speech or discriminatory content against individuals or groups based on race, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, nationality, age, disability, or other protected characteristics.
    6. Discloses anyone’s personal or private information (such as names, addresses, GPS data, identity documents, financial details, or medical information) without written consent.
    7. Depicts or broadcasts sexual activities in public places where members of the public may reasonably witness them, or public nudity recorded in jurisdictions where it is illegal.
    8. Falsely implies endorsement, approval, or association with YallaFans or any third party.
    9. Is designed to embarrass, threaten, or coerce others or extract payment in exchange for removal of Content.
    10. Promotes commercial activities, such as contests, advertising, job postings, or affiliate links, without our express consent.

3. Respect and Community Conduct

  1. You must comply with any requirements set out in ourCommunity Guidelines.
  2. You must not stalk, harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate anyone through YallaFans.
  3. You must not engage in misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent conduct, including impersonating another person, Creator, or YallaFans representative.
  4. You must not post spam, repetitive, low-quality, or automated Content intended to artificially inflate engagement or interactions.

4. Respect for Intellectual Property

  1. Respect the intellectual property rights of other Creators. Do not copy, record, distribute, or share any Creator’s Content without their authorization.
  2. Do not violate any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or rights of publicity and privacy.
  3. Do not impersonate YallaFans or use its trademarks, logos, or branding except as explicitly permitted in ourTerms of Use.

5. Technical Restrictions

  1. Do not introduce viruses, malware, worms, or any code that is harmful or disruptive to YallaFans’ systems.
  2. Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of YallaFans’ software or infrastructure.
  3. Do not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated systems to collect data or interact with the Platform.
  4. Do not interfere with other Users’ access to YallaFans or attempt to bypass security measures.
  5. Do not stream or broadcast pre-recorded material as live content.
  6. Do not use indirect signals, hidden messages, or external media to communicate or promote activity that violates this Policy.

6. Account Integrity

  1. You must not provide false information or create multiple accounts to manipulate views, interactions, or financial transactions.
  2. You must not share or sell your account or allow another person to access it.
  3. You must not use another person’s credentials or payment information without authorization.

7. Enforcement and Consequences

  1. We may review, moderate, or remove any Content that we reasonably believe violates this Policy or applicable law.
  2. Violations may lead to:
    1. Temporary or permanent suspension of your account,
    2. Forfeiture of your Creator Earnings,
    3. Termination of access to YallaFans, and/or
    4. Referral to law enforcement authorities.
  3. We may block or restrict access to any Content without notice if necessary to protect our Users or comply with legal requirements.
  4. Breaches of this Policy may also constitute breaches of ourTerms of Service.
