2.3 Payment & Financial Information

We collect transaction details (amounts, dates, currencies) and payout details for Creators. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers or CVV codes — payments are processed securely by our compliant third-party payment gateway (to be confirmed).

2.4 Usage & Log Data

We automatically collect certain technical and behavioural information when you use YallaFans, including IP address, browser type, device information, session logs, actions taken, and timestamps.

2.5 Communications & Support Requests

When you contact us via email, support form, or other methods, we collect your message, associated contact details, and any metadata necessary to process and respond to your inquiry.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

  1. Create, verify, and manage your YallaFans account;
  2. Process payments, subscriptions, tips, and payouts to Creators;
  3. Verify identity and prevent fraud or misuse;

  7. Improve Platform performance, content moderation, and security;

14. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
