1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms of Use for all Users govern your use ofYallaFansand form part of your legally binding agreement with us.

1.2 By accessing or using any part of YallaFans, you confirm that you accept and will comply with these Terms of Use for all Users and all other documents that form the Terms of Service listed in clause 3.4.

3. Interpretation

3.1 In these Terms of Use for all Users:

  1. “YallaFans” means our website and services, including when accessed via the URLyallafans.net.
  2. “we”, “our”, “us” means SKINLORDS HOLDINGS LTD as operator of YallaFans.
  3. “Content” means any material uploaded to YallaFans by any User (whether a Creator or a Fan), including photos, videos, audio, livestreams, data, text (such as comments and hashtags), metadata, images, interactive features, emojis, GIFs, memes, and any other material.
  4. “Creator” means a User who has set up a Creator account to post Content for others to view.
  5. “Fan” means a User who follows a Creator and can view that Creator’s Content.
  6. “Fan/Creator Transaction” means any transaction between a Fan and a Creator on YallaFans granting the Fan access to the Creator’s Content, including: (i) a Subscription; (ii) pay-per-view Content (media or live); and (iii) paid fan-interaction features.
  7. “Fan Payment” means any and all payments made by a Fan to a Creator in connection with a Fan/Creator Transaction or as a tip.
  8. “Standard Contract between Fan and Creator” means the terms that govern each Fan/Creator Transaction between a Fan and a Creator (separate from your contract with us).
  9. “Subscription” means a Fan’s subscription to a Creator’s account (paid or unpaid; monthly or multi-month bundles).
  10. “Terms of Service” (your “agreement with us”) means the legally binding agreement between you and us consisting of: (i) these Terms of Use for all Users; (ii) Terms of Use for Fans; (iii) Terms of Use for Creators; (iv)Privacy Policy; (v)Acceptable Use Policy; (vi)Complaints Policy; (vii)Platform-to-Business Regulation Terms; and (viii) any community guidelines we publish.
  11. “Platform Fee” means the commission retained by YallaFans from Creator earnings, currently set at50 percent (50%).
  12. “Cyprus” means the Republic of Cyprus.
  13. “User” means any user of YallaFans, whether a Creator, a Fan, or both (also referred to as “you”, “your”).

4. We abide by the laws of Cyprus

4.1 YallaFans operates under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights under applicable law.

5. How we may change the Terms of Service

5.1 We may amend any part of the Terms of Service without prior notice where necessary: (a) to reflect changes in laws or regulatory requirements that apply to YallaFans or its services, features, or programs that do not reasonably allow advance notice; or (b) to address an unforeseen and imminent danger related to defending YallaFans, Fans, or Creators from fraud, malware, spam, data breaches, or other cybersecurity risks.

5.2 Otherwise, where reasonable, we will provide notice of material changes through the Platform or by email.

6. We may make changes to, suspend, or withdraw YallaFans

6.1 We may update or change YallaFans to reflect service improvements, user needs, business practices, performance enhancements, feature upgrades, or security issues. We will try to give reasonable notice of major changes where feasible.

6.2 We do not guarantee that YallaFans, or any Content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or any part of YallaFans for business or operational reasons and will try to give reasonable notice where it affects you.

7. Registering with YallaFans

7.1 To use YallaFans you must register and create a User account. You must provide a valid email address, a username, and a password (or authenticate using a supported provider). Your password must be unique and meet our technical requirements.

7.2 To register as a User: (1) you must be at least 18 years old and confirm this; (2) if the law where you live requires a higher age to be legally bound by a contract, you must meet that higher age; (3) you must be permitted by the law where you are located to join YallaFans, view Content, and use its functions; and (4) you must provide any other information or verification records we reasonably require.

8. Data protection, record-keeping, and compliance

8.1 Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) is reachable atlegal@yallafans.net. We retain personal data for up to24 monthsafter account closure unless law requires longer retention.

9. Our rights (including moderation, suspension, and termination)

  1. We may moderate, review, or remove Content at any time to verify compliance with the Terms of Service, our Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable law.
  2. If we become aware that your Content may breach these Terms or any law, we may suspend access to that Content while we investigate. You may request a review of any suspension by contactingoffice@yallafans.net. After investigation, we may reinstate, permanently remove, or disable access to Content without prior notice. We are not responsible for losses arising from good-faith investigations or suspensions.
  3. If we suspend or delete any of your Content, we will normally notify you by email or through your account; however, prior notice may not always be possible.
  4. We may terminate your agreement with us and your access to YallaFans for any reason by giving 30 days’ notice via email or account message. We may also suspend or terminate immediately and without notice if: (a) you seriously or repeatedly breach any part of the Terms of Service (including the Acceptable Use Policy), or threaten or attempt to do so in a way that has or could have serious consequences; or (b) you take action that, in our opinion, is reasonably likely to cause us loss or harm our reputation.
  5. Upon termination, we may handle your Content in accordance with thePrivacy Policy(including deletion). After termination there is no facility to access your Content.
  6. We may investigate suspected misuse, abuse, or unlawful use and cooperate with law-enforcement authorities. We may disclose account information to authorities where required by law, to protect our rights, or in response to lawful process.
  7. We may update or change third-party payment providers (currentlyto be confirmed) and will reflect such details in your account.
  8. Except for Content owned or licensed by Creators, all rights in and to YallaFans, including code, databases, features, and functionality, are owned by us and/or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
  9. We own all anonymised and aggregated data about your use of YallaFans and may use it for analytical, commercial, or research purposes.

10. What we are not responsible for

  1. Your Content may be seen by people who recognise you. We are not responsible if you are identified from your Content. Any geolocation or blocking tools are offered on a best-effort basis only.
  2. You are not obligated to follow suggestions or instructions from other Users; any reliance is at your own risk.
  3. We do not guarantee income or results for Creators or Referring Users.
  4. Materials or advice provided by us are for general information only and do not guarantee outcomes.
  5. We do not promise compatibility with all devices or operating systems. You should maintain appropriate antivirus and security protections.
  6. We are not responsible for Internet outages, connection errors, or device/software malfunctions affecting your use of YallaFans.
  7. While we take reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee YallaFans is free from bugs, viruses, or third-party misuse of Content.
  8. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or compromised accounts, passwords, or resulting unauthorised activity or payments.
  9. Once Content is posted, we cannot control third-party copies or redistribution. Deleting your account will not retroactively remove Content already downloaded or recorded by others.

11. Intellectual property rights – ownership and licences

  1. You confirm you own or have all necessary rights in your Content to grant the licences described below in every jurisdiction where YallaFans is accessible (including the EU, UK, and USA).
  2. You grant us a licence over your Content for purposes reasonably related to operating YallaFans – to reproduce, host, store, make available, communicate, display, perform, distribute, translate, adapt, and otherwise use your Content, including applying overlays (e.g., watermarks or text) and making Content available to Users as intended by the service.
  3. This licence is perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, assignable, and transferable (including upon a sale of our business or assets). We will not sell your Content to unrelated third-party platforms.
  4. Without obligating us to police infringements, you authorise us – but we are not required – to send infringement notices on your behalf to third-party sites dealing in infringing copies of your Content. You agree to provide information we reasonably request to support such notices. See theComplaints Policyfor reporting IP issues.
  5. You waive any moral rights (to the extent permitted by law) to object to non-derogatory treatments such as adding watermarks or text overlays consistent with these licences. This waiver does not affect your ownership or ability to enforce rights against unlawful copying.

12. Social sharing

12.1 If YallaFans offers sharing features to external platforms (for example, posting previews or links), you must comply with those platforms’ terms for any Content you share there.

13. Linking to and from YallaFans

  1. Links to YallaFans:You may link to the YallaFans homepage fairly and lawfully without implying association, approval, or endorsement. Creators promoting their pages must comply with these Terms and the terms of any external site where links appear. You must not promote a YallaFans account in a misleading way, including via search-engine ads suggesting official endorsement.
  2. Links from YallaFans:Links to third-party sites are for convenience only and are not endorsements. We have no control over third-party content and accept no responsibility for it or for losses arising from its use.

14. Domain names

14.1 Creators may register or use domains containing the YallaFans name only with our prior written consent. The domain must redirect solely to that Creator’s YallaFans profile and comply with our branding licence. Unauthorised domains may be suspended or reclaimed.

15. How do I delete my account?

  1. You may request deletion of your account in your YallaFans settings or by emailingsupport@yallafans.net.
  2. Fans – deletion will occur within a reasonable time after your request.
  3. Creators – after initiating deletion, your account remains open until the final day of your Fans’ paid Subscription period. Thereafter, final payouts are processed and your account is deleted.
  4. Users who are both Fans and Creators will have the Fan side closed first, then the Creator side.
  5. After deletion you will not be charged further and you will lose access to all Content and Subscriptions. We handle your data according to ourPrivacy Policy.

16. Who is responsible for loss or damage suffered by you?

  1. General:Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
  2. If you are a consumer:We and our affiliates, owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for loss of profit, business, or opportunity arising from your use of YallaFans. If you are resident in the U.S., our total liability to you is limited to USD 250 per claim.
  3. If you are a business user:We exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) 100 % of the total fees paid by you to us for YallaFans, or (b) USD 5 000.
  4. We are not liable for doxxing, unauthorised disclosure of your identity, or acts of third parties beyond our reasonable control.

17. General

  1. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
  2. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
  3. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
  4. No third party has rights under this agreement except that clauses on limitation of liability and disputes may be enforced by our affiliates and agents.
  5. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may assign ours (e.g., following merger or sale) while remaining responsible for performance.
  6. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding your access to and use of YallaFans and supersede prior understandings.

18. Terms relating to disputes (law and forum)

  1. Consumers (Fans) – Law:If you are a consumer, these Terms are governed by Cypriot law. You may also rely on mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country.
  2. Consumers (Fans) – Jurisdiction:If resident in the UK or EU, claims may be brought in the courts of Cyprus. If resident elsewhere, claims must be brought in Cyprus.
  3. Business Users (Creators) – Law and forum:Cypriot law governs all disputes, and the courts of Limassol, Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction.
  4. Limitation period:Except where prohibited by law, any claim must be filed within one year of when it arose or was discovered, whichever is earlier.

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms of Use for Fans form part of the overall Terms of Service governing your use of YallaFans and apply when you use the Platform as a Fan — that is, when you purchase access to Creators’ Content or engage with Creators through any paid feature.

1.2 By registering or using YallaFans as a Fan you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Other terms that apply to you

2.1 The following documents form part of your agreement with us and apply in addition to these Terms of Use for Fans:

2.2 If any conflict arises between these Terms of Use for Fans and any other document, these Terms of Use for Fans prevail in relation to your activities as a Fan.

3. Definitions and interpretation

3.1 Unless stated otherwise, defined terms have the same meaning as in theTerms of Use for All Users.

4. Who may use YallaFans as a Fan

  1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use YallaFans as a Fan.
  2. You must be legally permitted to view adult material in your jurisdiction and accept that Content may contain explicit material intended for adults only.
  3. By accessing Creator Content you represent that your use is lawful where you reside.
  4. You must not use YallaFans if your account was previously terminated or suspended by us.

5. Your responsibilities as a Fan

  1. All Content you purchase or access through YallaFans is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, record, distribute, resell, publish, or share Creator Content outside the Platform.
  2. You must not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access-control or payment features on YallaFans.
  3. You must not harass, abuse, or intimidate Creators or other Users, or send unsolicited messages containing spam or offensive material.
  4. You must not use YallaFans for illegal purposes or in violation of any law.
  5. You must notify us immediately atsupport@yallafans.netif your account has been compromised or used without authorisation.
  6. You acknowledge that Creators are independent contractors and YallaFans is not responsible for their behaviour or statements.

6. Content on YallaFans

  1. All Content on YallaFans is uploaded by independent Creators who bear sole responsibility for it.
  2. We do not control or endorse any Creator Content and do not guarantee its accuracy or legality.
  3. Content may contain adult themes and explicit material intended only for adults.
  4. We may remove or disable access to Content at our discretion if we believe it violates our policies or law.
  5. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from reliance on Creator Content or its removal.

7. Adult material and geographical restrictions

  1. YallaFans contains adult material not suitable for all locations. You must access only where lawful.
  2. Creators may block Content in certain regions, but we cannot guarantee these restrictions are effective.
  3. You are responsible for ensuring that your access complies with local laws.

8. Subscriptions and Fan/Creator Transactions

  1. A Subscription is a Fan/Creator Transaction granting access to a Creator’s Content for a set period in exchange for payment.
  2. By subscribing or purchasing pay-per-view Content you agree to the price shown and authorise our payment gateway (to be confirmed) to charge your payment method.
  3. Prices are set by Creators within ranges defined by YallaFans and may include tax depending on your location.
  4. Each transaction creates a separate agreement between you and the Creator under the Standard Contract between Fan and Creator. YallaFans acts only as payment agent for the Creator.
  5. Payments are processed in USD or EUR through approved providers; your bank may apply conversion fees.
  6. Recurring Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  7. Creators receive payouts after deduction of YallaFans’ Platform Fee of50 %and payment-processor fees. All payments are final except as required by law or under section 16.

9. Wallet and credits

  1. YallaFans may offer a digital wallet or credit balance for purchases and tips. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  2. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
  3. Credits may expire after 24 months of inactivity in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Taxes and charges

  1. You are responsible for any taxes or bank charges on your payments. Prices may include or exclude tax depending on regulations.
  2. If required by local law, you must declare your purchases for VAT or similar purposes using our VAT ID (Pending registration).

11. Unauthorised use and chargebacks

  1. If you believe a transaction was unauthorised, contactsupport@yallafans.netwithin 7 days of the charge and include evidence.
  2. Filing a false chargeback may result in account suspension and reporting to payment networks.
  3. We may recover fees or losses arising from unjustified chargebacks.

12. Communications with Creators

  1. You may communicate with Creators only via YallaFans tools (e.g. messages or comments) and for lawful purposes only.
  2. Do not request off-platform payments, personal contact details, or in-person meetings.
  3. We may monitor communications to ensure legal and policy compliance.

13. Tipping and donations

  1. You may tip Creators voluntarily as a gesture of appreciation. Tips are non-refundable and do not entitle you to extra Content unless promised by the Creator.
  2. Tips are processed through the same system and subject to identical rules on tax and fraud.

14. Technical issues and service availability

  1. We aim to keep YallaFans available but do not guarantee continuous or error-free service.
  2. We may suspend the Platform for maintenance and will notify Users where practicable.
  3. We are not responsible for loss of data caused by technical failures beyond our control.

15. Account suspension or termination

  1. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or any law. Notice will normally be given by email unless immediate action is required.
  2. Upon termination you remain liable for outstanding payments and we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Refunds and disputes

  1. All sales and payments on YallaFans are final. Refunds are not issued except where required by law or at our sole discretion in verified cases of fraud, duplicate payments, or technical error.
  2. If you believe a Creator has failed to deliver promised Content, you may contactsupport@yallafans.netwithin 14 days of the transaction. Include your username, transaction reference, and a clear description of the issue.
  3. We will review your claim in good faith and, if appropriate, may issue a refund, credit adjustment, or other suitable remedy.
  4. Refund decisions are final and communicated by email. If your claim is rejected, you may still pursue resolution under applicable consumer-protection laws.

17. Responsibility and limitation of liability

  1. YallaFans and Skinlords Holdings Ltd provide the Platform and related services “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties—express or implied—regarding uptime, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither YallaFans, Skinlords Holdings Ltd, nor their owners, directors, employees, or agents shall be liable for:
    (a) loss of profits, revenue, business, or opportunities;
    (b) loss or corruption of data, Content, or digital materials; or
    (c) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
  3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  4. Because Creators act as independent contractors, we are not responsible for their conduct, Content accuracy, or communications with Fans.
  5. Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the total amount of payments you have made to us within the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skinlords Holdings Ltd, YallaFans, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  1. your breach of these Terms of Use for Fans or any other part of the Terms of Service;
  2. your improper, illegal, or fraudulent use of the Platform; or
  3. your infringement of another person’s rights or violation of any law.

19. Intellectual property and ownership

  1. All intellectual-property rights in YallaFans—including the site design, branding, software, and databases—are owned by or licensed to Skinlords Holdings Ltd.
  2. Creators retain ownership of their uploaded Content but grant YallaFans a licence to host, stream, and display it as defined in theTerms of Use for Creators.
  3. You must not copy, reproduce, or use YallaFans’ branding or code without prior written permission fromlegal@yallafans.net.

20. Termination by you

  1. You may close your account at any time via your account settings or by emailingsupport@yallafans.net.
  2. Closing your account cancels all active Subscriptions at the end of the current billing period and does not entitle you to refunds for unused time.
  3. We may retain minimal data after closure for record-keeping, fraud prevention, or legal compliance in accordance with ourPrivacy Policy.

21. Suspension or termination by us

  1. We may suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately if you:
    (a) breach these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law;
    (b) engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or
    (c) act in a way that harms YallaFans’ reputation or another User’s safety.
  2. Where feasible, we will notify you via email before permanent termination.
  3. After termination, you lose access to your account and purchased Content. Any outstanding amounts remain payable.

22. Governing law and jurisdiction

  1. These Terms of Use for Fans are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
  2. All disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.

23. Entire agreement

These Terms of Use for Fans, together with the Terms of Use for All Users, thePrivacy Policy, theAcceptable Use Policy, and all other linked legal pages constitute the entire agreement between you and YallaFans. No oral statement, promise, or representation shall modify these written Terms unless confirmed in writing by YallaFans.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

25. No waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

26. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or successor entity while remaining responsible for performance.

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms of Use for Creators apply when you use YallaFans to create, upload, and monetise Content. They form part of your overall agreement with us alongside theTerms of Use for All Users,Privacy Policy, andAcceptable Use Policy.

1.2 By creating a Creator account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all laws that apply to your Content, earnings, and interactions with Fans.

2. Who may use YallaFans as a Creator

  1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work with adult content in your country or region.
  2. You must complete identity verification (KYC) to our satisfaction and submit clear evidence of age and ownership of the Content you publish.
  3. You must not create a Creator account if your previous account was suspended or terminated by YallaFans.
  4. If you operate as a business entity, you must designate a verified individual responsible for compliance and payments.

3. Verification and compliance

  1. All Creators must undergo verification in accordance with the U.S.C. 2257 and EU KYC standards. You will be asked to upload identification documents and, where required, proof of residence.
  2. You must maintain records of each performer’s age and identity appearing in your Content. These records must be kept in accordance with our2257 Compliance Statement.

  4. Failure to provide complete or accurate verification details may result in delayed payouts or account suspension.

4. Relationship between Creator and YallaFans

  1. You operate as an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of YallaFans or Skinlords Holdings Ltd.
  2. YallaFans provides a platform for you to monetise your Content directly from Fans through subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view sales.
  3. We do not control your creative direction but require that your activities comply with our policies and law.

5. Setting subscription and Content prices

  1. You may set your own subscription prices and pay-per-view fees within minimum and maximum limits published by YallaFans.
  2. All pricing must be in USD or EUR. Currency conversions and taxes may apply depending on your location.
  3. You must not charge Fans outside the Platform or encourage off-platform payments.

6. Platform fees and payouts

  1. YallaFans charges a Platform Fee of50 %on all Fan payments before tax and processor fees.
  2. Payouts are made to the payment method linked to your account (once available via our approved payment gateway –to be confirmed).
  3. Payout thresholds, schedules, and supported currencies will be specified in your Creator dashboard.
  4. All Creators are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on their income. Our VAT ID is[Pending registration].
  5. Data related to your transactions is retained for24 monthsin accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Earnings adjustments and chargebacks

  1. If a Fan initiates a chargeback or refund, the related amount and any fees may be deducted from your future payouts.
  2. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse payouts in cases of fraud, breach of terms, or legal investigation.
  3. You will receive written notice via email if an adjustment affects your account balance.

8. Content ownership and licence to YallaFans

  1. You retain ownership of all original Content you upload. By posting it on YallaFans, you grant us a licence to host, display, stream, and make it available to Fans worldwide in accordance with the Terms of Service.
  2. This licence is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable for the purpose of operating, marketing, and maintaining the Platform.
  3. We may add branding or watermarks to your Content for security or promotional purposes.
  4. You agree not to post Content you do not own or for which you lack licensing rights from other performers or rights-holders.

9. Prohibited Content and conduct

  1. You must comply with theAcceptable Use Policyand theAnti-Slavery and Moderation Consent Policy.
  2. Prohibited Content includes (but is not limited to): non-consensual acts, minors or persons under 18, bestiality, violence, hate speech, self-harm, or anything illegal under Cypriot or international law.
  3. You must maintain and be able to produce signed model consent forms and proof of age for every individual featured in your Content.
  4. Uploading prohibited Content will lead to immediate suspension and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

10. Creator promotion and marketing

  1. You may promote your YallaFans page on social media or other platforms, provided that your promotions are truthful and comply with their terms of service.
  2. Do not use the YallaFans trademark in domain names or ads without written approval fromlegal@yallafans.net.

11. Account security and data protection

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities on your account.
  2. Immediately report any unauthorised use or data breach toprivacy@yallafans.net.
  3. We store personal data and verification records securely for up to 24 months and only for purposes defined in the Privacy Policy.

12. Payment processing and chargebacks

  1. All Fan payments are processed securely through our approved payment gateway (to be confirmed). You must not request or accept payments off-platform.
  2. Any chargeback or refund issued by a Fan’s payment provider may be deducted from your future payouts, together with any processing fees.
  3. Repeated or excessive chargebacks may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Creator account.
  4. If a chargeback dispute arises, we will notify you by email and may request supporting documentation within a reasonable period.

13. Advertising and sponsored content

  1. If you post promotional or sponsored material (“Advertising Content”), you must clearly disclose it using the#ador equivalent tag.
  2. You must ensure all Advertising Content complies with applicable laws, theAcceptable Use Policy, and advertising-standards regulations.
  3. Prohibited Advertising Content includes promotion of illegal products or services, unverified medical or financial claims, gambling targeting minors, or misleading endorsements.

14. Co-authored content and model releases

  1. Before publishing Content featuring other performers (“Co-Authored Content”), you must obtain their written consent confirming they are over 18 and agree to appear.
  2. Each co-author must provide valid photo ID and complete model-release documentation.
  3. You are responsible for securely storing these records and producing them upon request by YallaFans or lawful authorities.
  4. Revenue-sharing arrangements between co-authors are private agreements and not administered by YallaFans.

15. Suspension or withholding of earnings

  1. We may temporarily withhold your Creator Earnings if we suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, or legal investigation.
  2. Funds may also be frozen when required by a court order or competent authority.
  3. Where investigations conclude in your favour, withheld earnings will be released promptly; otherwise, they may be forfeited without further notice.

16. Termination

  1. You may close your Creator account at any time via your dashboard or by emailingcreators@yallafans.net. All active subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  2. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, upload prohibited material, or act unlawfully.
  3. Upon termination, you lose access to your Creator dashboard and remaining balances may be withheld pending resolution of disputes or chargebacks.
  4. We may retain minimal data (including payout and verification records) for up to 24 months in line with ourPrivacy Policy.

17. Intellectual property

  1. All rights in and to YallaFans—including the website design, source code, and trademarks—belong to or are licensed to Skinlords Holdings Ltd.
  2. You may not use YallaFans’ name, logo, or interface design except as expressly authorised to promote your verified Creator profile.
  3. We may display your Creator name, profile, and promotional thumbnails within the Platform, search results, or marketing materials solely for internal and Platform-related visibility.

18. DMCA agent and takedowns

  1. We comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international laws.
  2. If you believe your Content has been infringed elsewhere, contact our registered DMCA Agent:

  3. Likewise, if we receive a valid DMCA notice against your Content, we may remove it and notify you with an opportunity to file a counter-notification.

19. Disclaimer of warranties

  1. YallaFans is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representation that services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  2. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20. Limitation of liability

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skinlords Holdings Ltd, YallaFans, and their officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
    (a) loss of income, profits, or business opportunities;
    (b) loss or corruption of data or Content; or
    (c) any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  2. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total Platform Fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
  3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skinlords Holdings Ltd, YallaFans, and their affiliates from any losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your:

  1. breach of these Terms of Use for Creators or any applicable policy;
  2. violation of law or infringement of third-party rights; or
  3. Content or conduct on the Platform.

22. Governing law and jurisdiction

  1. These Terms of Use for Creators are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
  2. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
