PLATFORM TO BUSINESS REGULATION TERMS
Introduction
These Platform to Business Regulation Terms form part of theTerms of Service of YallaFans.
Interpretation
In these Platform to Business Regulation Terms, unless otherwise stated, defined terms have the same meanings given to them in theTerms of Use for All Users.
Do these Platform to Business Regulation Terms apply to me?
These Platform to Business Regulation Terms apply only to Creators who are established or resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom (also referred to as “you” and “your”). If these Terms apply to you, they form part of your agreement with us.
What do these Platform to Business Regulation Terms include?
These Terms explain howYallaFanscomplies with the fairness and transparency requirements set out inEU Regulation 2019/1150(the “Platform to Business Regulation”).
Promoting Creators via other distribution channels
We may, at our discretion, choose to promote you via our official social media channels, including but not limited to:
Ranking on YallaFans
We may suggest potential Creators for a User to follow based on recent engagement or Creator activity, such as earnings or content uploads within the previous 30 days.YallaFansdoes not use an algorithmic ranking system, and there is currently no search or discovery feature that determines Creator visibility through ranking.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about:
- any alleged non-compliance by us with obligations under the Platform to Business Regulation that affect you; or
- technological issues directly related toYallaFansthat affect your use of the Platform; or
- measures taken by us or our conduct relating directly toYallaFansthat affect you,
you may submit a complaint tooffice@yallafans.net.
Complaint-handling process
- Upon receiving your complaint, we will:
- consider your complaint and determine any follow-up actions required, including requests for further information or supporting documents;
- process your complaint within a reasonable period, taking into account the complexity and importance of the issue; and
- communicate with you in clear and plain language via email or message through your YallaFans account regarding the outcome of the internal complaint-handling process.
Mediation service
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal complaint-handling process, you may access a mediation service by contacting us atoffice@yallafans.netfor details of the approved mediator.
You and we agree to act in good faith during any mediation process. However, participation in mediation will not affect either party’s right to initiate legal proceedings at any time before, during, or after the mediation process, as provided in ourTerms of Use for All Users.
