REFUND & SUPPORT POLICY

1. Introduction

This Refund & Support Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, and refund requests are handled onYallaFans.net, operated bySkinlords Holdings Ltd. It forms part of your agreement with us and should be read together with ourTerms of Use,Privacy Policy, andAcceptable Use Policy.

By making any payment on YallaFans, you confirm that you understand and agree to this policy.

2. General Payment Terms

All payments made by Fans on YallaFans (including subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view content, and private interactions) are processed securely through our authorized third-party payment partners. Payments are made in USD and may be subject to exchange rate variations depending on your location or bank.

Creators receive their earnings according to the terms defined in ourTerms of Use for Creators.YallaFansdoes not directly manage or store payment card data — this is handled securely by our integrated payment processors in accordance with international standards (PCI-DSS compliance).

3. Non-Refundable Transactions

Due to the digital and instant-access nature of the services on YallaFans,all sales are final. Refunds are generally not available once content or subscriptions have been delivered or made accessible to a Fan.

Specifically, the following are non-refundable:

  1. Subscription fees for any Creator account, once access has been granted;
  2. Tips, donations, or other voluntary payments made to Creators;
  3. Payments for pay-per-view (PPV) content, including messages, videos, or images;
  4. Any wallet or token top-ups made on YallaFans.

By making a payment on YallaFans, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to digital content and waive your right to withdrawal or chargeback, except in the cases outlined in section 4 below.

4. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be granted in limited and exceptional circumstances, such as:

  1. Duplicate transactions made due to a technical error;
  2. Unauthorized or fraudulent payment activity confirmed by your payment provider;
  3. Verified billing errors caused by system malfunction on YallaFans’ side;
  4. Failure by a Creator to deliver purchased custom content within 14 days of confirmed payment.

In such cases, YallaFans reserves the right to verify the claim and, where appropriate, issue a refund either directly or through the original payment provider. Refund eligibility will be determined solely by YallaFans after reviewing the evidence provided by both parties.

5. Refund Request Procedure

If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy, please contact our support team atsupport@yallafans.netwithin72 hoursof the transaction date. Your request must include:

  1. Your full name and email address registered on YallaFans;
  2. Date and amount of the transaction;
  3. Last four digits of your payment card or transaction ID;
  4. A detailed explanation of the issue and, if applicable, supporting screenshots or correspondence with the Creator.

We aim to review all refund requests within5–10 business days. If approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within7–14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting YallaFans support may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. We take fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks seriously and reserve the right to dispute them with your payment provider.

If you are dissatisfied with a transaction, please reach out to our support team first so we can assist you quickly and fairly.

7. Creator Earnings and Deductions

If a Fan’s payment is refunded, charged back, or reversed for any reason, the corresponding Creator earnings may be deducted from their account balance or future payouts. YallaFans reserves the right to offset such amounts as necessary to maintain platform integrity and compliance with payment regulations.

9. No Guarantee of Refund Approval

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of YallaFans after reviewing the evidence provided. Abuse of the refund process may result in permanent suspension of your YallaFans account.
